Corporate Profile
AIL was incorporated in the State of Texas in October 1997 by a group of retired USAF logisticians, with more than 300 manyears of Air Force Logistics and Systems Command experience. This team of logisticians endeavored to build a complementary workforce, to enable the organic workforce to succeed. In 2004, Sandra K. Walls (Lt. Col, USAF-Retired) became sole owner of AIL. Sandra positioned AIL, as a small disadvantaged business, gaining certification from the Small Business Administration.
Building on the early foundation, Sandra built teaming and strategic alliances with firms such as L-3 Com, MACTEC, and other Fortune 500 firms. AIL currently delivers technical, depot, and environmental support services at more than 50 locations. With active contracts already in place, Sandra successfully applied for additional SBA certifications she was eligible for. These certifications include: Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZONE, and 8(a). All three of these certifications are held by AIL today.
AIL's future direction rests on its core strength - engineering, logistics, financial management, contracts, and technical support services. Calendar year 2008 will be a year of capturing prime contracts, across a litany of Government agencies. AIL is positioned to deliver mission-oriented and well-trained personnel - whatever, whenever, and wherever the need.
